We are equipped with the latest engineering tools including cutting edge CAD and 3-D Solid Modeling (Catia V5 and SolidWorks), used for design and detailing of products. We also utilize a special non-linear dynamic analysis package, PAMCRASH, that is specific to the aerospace textile products AmSafe designs and manufactures.

We conduct thorough testing, from analysis to documentation, to ensure the safety and durability of all AmSafe products. Our testing includes: tensile strength, endurance, flammability, corrosion, smoke, toxicity, susceptibility to fluids and substances, temperature, humidity and more. In addition to individual material and component testing, we conduct full scale system application analysis.
