Raynard D. Benvenuti, Chairman
Managing Director, Greenbriar Equity Group
Mr. Benvenuti joined Greenbriar as an Advisory Director in 2007, and was named a Managing Director in 2008. Before joining Greenbrier, Mr. Benvenuti was President and CEO of Stellex Aerostructures, Inc., a provider of major structural components and assemblies for commercial and military aircraft. He was also the founder of Concord Investment Partners, a private investment firm. Mr. Benvenuti also worked at Forstmann Little & Co. where he was active in managing several portfolio companies and earlier served as a senior consultant with McKinsey & Company. >Read more.
Dean C. Borgman
Former Chairman of Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation
Mr. Borgman retired as chairman of Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation in 2004. Mr. Borgman joined Sikorsky as president in 1998. Before joining Sikorsky, Mr. Borgman served as the head of Boeing Company's helicopter facility in Mesa, Arizona. He was named to the post after the merger of Boeing and McDonnell Douglas. Mr. Borgman held a number of posts with McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company in Mesa, including that of president. Mr. Borgman served with the U.S. Army Aviation Command, the last two years as Director-Advanced Systems. Early in his career he worked at the Army Aviation Research and Development Lab at Moffett Field and held engineering positions at Alpha Research Company and Northrop Corporation.
Carl Ferenbach
Managing Director, Berkshire Partners
Mr. Ferenbach has more than 40 years of professional experience, over 20 of which have been devoted to private equity investing. Prior to founding Berkshire Partners, Mr. Ferenbach was a managing director of Merrill Lynch, responsible for that firm's activities in mergers and acquisitions and leveraged buyouts. Earlier in his career, Mr. Ferenbach was a partner at the Thomas H. Lee Company. >Read more.
Lawrence S. Hamelsky
Managing Director, Berkshire Partners
Mr. Hamelsky originally joined Berkshire Partners in 1994 as an Associate and returned to Berkshire in 1998, becoming managing director in 2006. Mr. Hamelsky also worked at the Boston Consulting Group and as a financial analyst at Bowles, Hollowell, Conner & Co.

Michael E. Kolowich
President, DigiNovations, Inc.
Michael Kolowich is the president and executive producer of DigiNovations, an interactive media company, which he founded in 2001, and was architect and producer of "Mitt TV" , the acclaimed video website for the Mitt Romney Presidential Campaign. Earlier, he was vice chairman and co-founder of NewsEdge Corp. and CEO of Individual Inc., both pioneers in online and Internet content. He also founded Ziff-Davis Interactive, the first new media company born of a major publishing company and was the founding publisher of PC/Computing magazine. Prior to that, Mr. Kolowich was chief marketing officer at Lotus Development Corp. and earlier a partner at Bain & Co.
A private and commercial pilot since 1972, Mr. Kolowich is a certified flight instructor, a volunteer pilot for AngelFlight Northeast and a member of the President's Council for the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Piper Aircraft. >Read more.
Jon B. Kutler
CEO, Admiralty Partners, Inc.
Before starting private equity firm Admiralty Partners, Inc. in 2006, Mr. Kutler was the founder of the Quarterdeck Family of Companies, including Quarterdeck Investment Partners, Inc.; Quarterdeck Investment Partners, LLC and Quarterdeck Investment Partners, Ltd. (both now operating as Jefferies Quarterdeck); Quarterdeck Equity Partners, Inc. and Quarterdeck Public Equities, LLC. Mr. Kutler began his investment-banking and private equity career following ten years of service in U.S. Navy. His investment banking career included positions with Goldman Sachs, the First Boston Corporation and Wasserstein, Perella & Co., where he was managing director in charge of the firm's international aerospace and defense practice. >Read more.
